I've been getting the same issue, tracks are out of sync when in loop mode, ok when in normal playback. I sent my project to Harrison support and they were not able to reproduce. If anyone finds a work-around please let me know!

Regarding delay compensation (not working if the transport is in loop mode) does anyone know if this got fixed eventually?

I select auto-return and just use space bar for stop / replay. Works well for me when mixing over a tough spot
