Sadly, Microsoft seems to be turning its attention to Windows 8.1 now. I've a Win 8.1 machine here that's struggled for over 2 hours !! this morning doing its monthly update - which (this month) involves downloading nearly half a gigabyte of data
Is this all just to annoy people into abandoning older versions and moving to Win 10? Win 10 updates rarely take more than a few minutes...
