I don't understand performance

I can only speak about the digital-audio-networx one (which is a Schenker build) and the manufacturer said: Every customer is more than happy with it except me. I can only tell the one I got was the worse computer I ever bought (and the most expensive one). But I am not a computer guy, this is only my personal experience.
