Mixbus 6 not recognizing Waves plugs

Maybe not all but 90% of your VST3 plugins including Waves will be converted and available as VST2 in Mixbus 6.

Try a rescan, if that does not work you might need to clear the Blacklist and Cache and rescan (Preferences / Plugins / VST)
