You can go Edit / Select / All Tracks or select whatever Tracks or Busses you want to insert one of your 'favourites' from the Mixer List (LHS).
Right click on the plugin or preset and choose from: Add at the Top, Add Pre-Fader, Add Post-Fader or Add at the End.
