Well, actually the current version is 4.0.151, which I believe would be newer than 4.0.24. The last decimal starts at zero and works up from there. At least it does with the Ardour sources.

It's 4.0.151 - The dots are important and not decimal separators.

Counting versions as factions doesn't make much sense, does it? Compare to date notation in many parts of the world: 1.10 (October/1st) comes after 30.9 (September/30) Smile
