#1
Hey somehow I can’t export MP3’s all of a sudden ,yes I am on 8.2.66
And it’s only MP3’s ,I always use export files and have 2 formats 1 wave and 1 mp3 ?
Everything else works but mp3
Opened the same project in 7,2 and its works?

Somehow I’ve lost my mp3 encode in 8 ??

If I click on a timeline clip and select Export I can export as MP3 (standard) and it works fine. Are you doing something different?

Session->Export->Quick Audio Export and Session->Export->Export to Audio File(s) both seem okay here (whether wav or mp3)  Huh

Except that they seem to export the whole session. I can't find a way to export just 1 x clip (except as in post #16 )

For a while there was an mp3 export bug, only certain versions of mb/32c. Try restarting the computer first. That usually fixes the mp3 export bug and a similar export bug with normalization. Subsequent versions have reduced both of these issues. 3rd party plugins (unknown which ones, but more seem to trigger the issue more and less seem to trigger it less) seem to affect these issues a little.

Does the name of your session have some type of special character like accents, tildes, etc?
