There's a stunning (and executive) difference between the "right single quotation mark" and the apostrophe
I’ve and I've won't be interpretated (or bortched) the same way by various scripts or shells. Wink
Mixbus/32C 5.3.22, 6.2.407, 7.2.0, 8.2.184, 9.2.105, 10.0.0 on Manjaro midtower i5-6600K 3.5GHz and Lenovo X250 i5

Wow, you're absolutely right! But are single quote marks common for a non-UK keyboard? I've a UK Windows keyboard here which gives me an apostrophe (same key as the @ key) but it doesn't offer quote keys  Sad

However... if I deliberately create a session using a right quote mark in its name, I immediately see the export issue. Unfortunately though, if I save the session, UK Windows converts it to use an apostrophe so I only ever see the problem once but I can at least reproduce it now. Maybe Ben or Nathan can shed some light on this.

I’ve got my love to keep me warm
I deleted I’ve ….and now export mp3 works ?
Happy new year
LOL!!
I am from Argentina and the Spanish language has many special characters.  I don't know how I remembered that once I had problems importing a video in a session that had an accent and after so much complaining it occurred to me to check the name of my session.  I'm glad I helped.  I feel like I've already met one of my goals in 2023, I feel fulfilled LOL.  Good year!!

IIUC a modern version of Mixbus should handle any character that's visible on your keyboard (assuming you're using the right keyboard of course!) But in Dannie's case, his project name was in English but it contained a character that's not usually present on English keyboards - so how did that happen? Maybe he's using the wrong keyboard? Or maybe he copied & pasted the name from somewhere? We can't know until he replies...  Sad

Type the words character map into your Windows launch bar. This should show you a map of all the characters Windows can display - they're all accompanied by a hexadecimal code if you hover over one of them, so just see if you can find those left & right quote keys.

To be useable with Mixbus, the character must have a hexadecimal number of 00FF or lower. My guess is that you'll find the quote keys in your character map but their number will be too high.

Hi Dannie - one more thing... would this be likely to affect the other Nordic countries? i.e. do you know if they also have those LH and RH quote marks on their keyboard?
