Cannot do tempo mapping

I was referencing the Tempo Mapping youtube video (made during v4) and in Mixbus32c, v8.0.17, I cannot do anything as the demonstration shows.  If I go back to v6, I can.  Is there something I'm missing here about this function?  I cannot grab the time signature or grid to adjust things.

There is a known issue with tempo mapping and it is being addressed.
