The utility bus input list has a lot less tracks in the menu that I have in the session
mando..., piano, fiddle, vox.. nowhere
Any reason?

I checked in V5 and it works great, so it is a V6 bug
Hopefully they will fix it soon. It was a bit of an embarrassing situation when a loyal Reaper user was sitting in the same room as I was in pain with this one.:

There's a scroll bar at the RHS of your list window - do the others appear of you scroll it downwards?

No, some empty text boxes can be seen as in the picture, no more.
