Missing horizontal zoom/scroll bar in editor window

How do I re-activate this ? Its normally at the bottom of the editor window but somehow its disappeared. I looked in the User Manual but couldnt find the answer. If I load another song, it comes back so the setting whatever I changed by accident, is saved with the song.

If you're referring to the "Summary" area...
- Click inside the Editor Window
- Shift-S

That should turn that area on and off.
