Can NOT run the softeware

Just installed mix Bus with the software that was sent. Disabled the firewall and after installation is complete it states:

Could not create session in "D:\ACTIVE\HARRISON \a": Session initialization failed

---ERROR: Session: cannot create session folder "D:\ACTIVE\HARRISON \a" (No such file or directory)


Any ideas??

What was the session name? Did it contain all English characters or maybe some accented characters etc?
