plug ins load blank screen

Purchased Mixbus v6 and plugin package and use 3rd party plug ins as well. All plugins work as they should in Cubase 8 and Reaper however do not load in Mixbus at all. Every plug in when selected loads into a blank, black screen. Generic mode can be achieved but obviously not very appealing to work with. Any insight as to why this is occurring would be very much appreciated as I bought Mixbus v6 for my new DAW to use based on many reviews and peers feedback from personal use.
Hoping this can be resolved or there is an easy explanation.
