How do I buy Mixbus 6 for a friend without him knowing about it?

Seems I have to provide an email address (under which I already own a copy).

After a purchase can I transfer the license without fees?
My Studio Specs

I track, edit and manage tracks in Studio One Pro V6/CbB. I try to always mix in Mixbus32C.
