Is there a tutorial for setting up drum VST's?

Old videos of mine, but the basic idea is the same
Note that in newer MB the instrument should be chosen from add Track/ Midi track dialogue, and not only inserted in the track as any other VST.
Also note that drum outputs are always stereo, the explanation in one of the following
