Hi there,

We don't use iLok or other tools that would allow us to remotely disable your license (and you probably wouldn't want that!) so we do not currently support a license transfer.

Your best option is to wait until you get an "upgrade coupon" for the next version, and give or sell that coupon to someone else. They can license the new version in their name.
