Why when I record a track with the click . I hear back the click on the recorded track in mixbus 32c.5

Hi Owen Reid welcome to the forum... Look in Audio Connections Manager make sure you have not routed the click out to your record track input.

Click will always play, even in playback mode. Switch it off for simple playback (top left). It won't be audible in export though.
