Midi Batch Editing

Does anybody know an app with which I can easily batch edit Time Signature and BPM of Midi files?

There seems, there was no such app, now there is
I contacted the developer of midiyodi and he added bulk Time Signature change setting to the already present bulk Tempo setting.
It was a matter of days. incredible.
