AVA plugins analyzer for multichannel on ProTools
#1
Hi all,

I'm working in 5.1 most of the time and Harrison plugins are always on my bus tracks.

However, when I insert AVA multi-channel plugin, for example on dialogue bus, I can't choose to see Center channel analyzer beside, I assume, Left channel.

Am I missing something here or this feature need to be add-on later.

Thank you

Hi Narubett welcome to the Forum.
In Pro Tools the multi-mono instances of AVA plugins will display the RTA of the chosen channel.
In multichannel mode AVA plugins currently see the Left channel only.
On the to-do list is how best to display RTA in multichannel situations.
Macmini 8,1 | OS X 13.6.3 | 3 GHz i5 32G | Scarlett 18i20 | Mixbus 10 | PT_2024.3.1 .....  Macmini 9,1 | OS X 14.4.1 | M1 2020 | Mixbus 10 | Resolve 18.6.5

Thank you for your suggestion and that is what I do to see the meter. However, it can be annoying to click the mouse on that channel selection every time a plugin opened. Tongue

If you save a Window Configuration with the centre channel chosen, it will recall that.
