my midi connetion

Hey out there i bought mixbus 3weeks ago i haven't been able to get my midi to communicate with mixbus i have looked at videos tryed to followed the manual.reinstalled the program, I haved used sonar,cubase,pro tools, and mixcraft i have right now,which did not have any upgrades, so i bougth mixbus,can anyone out there point me into the right direction,or did i waste my money.

Hi there,

Make sure that you've got MME selected for the "MIDI System" pulldown menu, in the Audio Midi Setup window.

If that doesn't solve the problem, I suggest that you write our support email: mixbus@harrisonconsoles.com

Please send some details about your system, and what steps you've tried so far. Screenshots help a lot, if you know how to send those. Hopefully we can get it sorted quickly for you.
