Hey Yriisem,

I just tried to update MB to 5.3 and I don't have any of my colors anymore...I saved my old folder from 5.2.1 is there anyway our themes and colors and settings will transfer?

  if you use my color schemes unchanged, just put them C: \ Program Files \ Mixbus5 \ share \ ardour5 \ themes

If you changed the colors of your circuit, then you can save it under any name by changing the first line. open in a text editor and then save.
it should look like this: <? xml version = "1.0" encoding = "UTF-8"?>
<Ardor theme-name = "dark">
   <Colors>
default changes are saved on Windows
....\ AppData \ Local \ Mixbus 5
to my-dark-mixbus-5.3.colors file

then put it on other topics and it will appear in the list for selection.

PS: You can simply rename the modified schema file 5.2.1 to 5.3

Ok, I have made the changes as you have given me. but it is still opening up the same...I was thinking there is a place to change themes in MB but I cannot find where the LIST is to do that...Sorry..is that what I may be missing?

I decided to make some color changes to my 32C sessions this past weekend...
Does anyone know how to change the color of the lower portion of the mixer channel?
Specifically, the Trim button, and Compressor buttons...
And, I was thinking...
How cool would it be to specify different colors for the (3) types of compressors?
- Leveler
- Compressor
- Limiter
- All "off"
Instant feedback as to what is being used where in a big mix.

Thoughts?

So... I found the answer to my recent question (above)...
The mixer channel strip "trim" and compressor controls color is controlled by the
same variable that changes the EQ controls. That's a disappointment as I was
hoping to make this portion of the channel strip stand out a wee bit more than it
currently does with my chosen EQ color.
(sigh...)

Hi Yriisem,

It's Jeff again with a new update from Harrison. I'm hoping I can still get my custom theme into the New system. I tried just copying my DARK-COLOR theme (C: \ Program Files \ Mixbus5 \ share \ ardour5 \ themes.)  To the new MIXBUZ 7 but it doesn't seem to work. Is this still possible?

Привет, Джефф. Откройте свою тему с помощью блокнота и напишите название темы на скриншоте и сохраните, затем поместите (C: \ Program Files \ Mixbus5 \ share \ ardour5 \ themes.) В новый MIXBUZ 7

если не работает, то дайте мне свой файл, я адаптирую его для v7
