They’re super easy to setup. Just create a project and setup the busses and stereo bus way you like and save as a template. Here’s mine for 32c

Bus 1: Drums with limiter plug-in
Bus 2: Bass with limiter plug-in and side chain setup
Bus 3: parallel compression bus with limiter
Bus 4: guitars
Bus 5: keys
Bus 6: orchestra
Bus 7: vocals
Bus 8: plate reverb
Bus 9: room reverb
Bus 10: delay 1
Bus 11: delay 2
Bus 12: whatever
Stereo bus: Ozone 8
Windows 10 64, HP Z-220 Workstation, I7 3770 16 GB RAM, RME Multiface 2, PCIe
Mac OS Sierra, 2012 Mac Mini, i5 16 GB RAM, Behringer XR18

Regular MB or 32C?
Track (channel) template or session template?
My/anyone's template uses plugins you may not have, so you may need raether ideas how to and what template you want to use? Depend on your work flow.
Here is my session template:

But the plugins are also set to my workflow.
I do not know you are new to MB or new to mixing as well. Even if you have mixed a lot, you must find your workflow in Mixbus, then you will see what you use generally and then you can create your templates accordingly.
First comes the work flow then it suggest the template.
