new to mixbus. first install couple days ago. had it up a couple times and made a short track. Now MB won't open the any of the two or three sessions named that I used templates for. I wonder if there's a problem with having pointed to a 4 TB partition on an outboard thunderbolt HD? So I tried changing it back to the iMac internal fusion drive at different locations. No results. Now caught in a loop which reports failure due to "can't find audio-midi engine".
always careful to shut down other apps to avoid possible conflicts and need to understand how I somehow screwed this up.
hope I'm making some kind of sense of the problem. anyone have a few clues I can work with?
have no idea what changed but just now opened new session. now on to trying to get it to find license keys for the plugins. tried different ways a few times. not there yet.
