edit on mouse pointer and not at playhead [solved]

there was always an option to switch from edit at playhead to edit at mouse cursor or something like this. It was situated in the lower left area. Now the default is the playhead, and I would like to switch that to mouse mode. I couldnt find that option nowhere.. any idea where i can do that now?


EDIT: aaah i found it on the upper left
