how recover removed track

Hi´ve removed a track by mistake...and I need to get it back
Any ideas about how i might recover it?

It's been a while since I've done this so....
Go to the folder that contains your session.
Look for the folder 'backups' inside you should find auto-saves of your session.
You can try recovering your session by dragging a backup to the top root session folder (where your sessionname.ardour file resides), rename it to something sensible and then open that session.
It does mean you may loose some things you did after removing the track (if your backup goes that far back)

There is a possibility if things are not too convoluted.

If the track you removed was an audio track, do an import (Ctrl I) or (Command I for Mac) and browse to the following folder.

"Song Name" folder -> "Interchange" folder -> "Song Name" folder -> "Audio" folder

If you haven't done a Clean-up the files should be there.
If the one you want shows "R" & "L" files, select them both, then select "All files on one track" and import them.
