V3 to V4 question

I tracked some stuff in 32C Version3. I opened it tonight with 32C Version4. I got this message:

"Mixbus 32C has copied the old session file XXX.ardour

to

XXX-3001.ardour

From now on, use the backup copy with older versions of Mixbus 32C."

Okay. Fine. So... which one is the backup copy? The one with the -3001 addon?
