Newby Questions
#1
Mixbus is clearly the best sound. Have a couple of questions if anyone can help.

1. Is there any way to copy the mixer settings from one snapshot to another snapshot which contains the track edits? (without exporting the individual edited tracks)

2. Am I correct that you CANNOT burn a "disc at once" audio CD directly from the program?

3. Any plans to provide a video track in the toolkit, even if it were only to monitor sync? (video would be ignored in export)

Keep up the great work! Love this DAW!

Hi Rob,

1) it is currently not possible to copy mixer settings from one snapshot to another. We have that on our roadmap to implement.

2) No, you cannot burn a disc directly from Mixbus. That is not on our todo list. However you can export multiple tracks from a session, and export a TOC file that sets the track markers; this allows you to use an external burning app to burn the "disc at once".

3) Yes, v3 has support for a video track. It is not yet clear if this will be ready for the initial launch of v3, but it is coming eventually. Currently, depending on your OS and your technical inventiveness, you can sync to an external viewer such as "jadeo" which syncs to Mixbus and provides a video window for your video file.

Best,
Ben
