USB midi controller

Hello!

Trying to setup a midi keyboard to make use of the new control surface (m-audio keystudio 25, lsusb shows it as midiman / keyrig25). I'm using an Edirol FA-101, and Mixbus only sees the possible midi connection from the Edirol, not the USB. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi. I think the simplest way is to use a2jmidid. You just have to launch it with qjackctl (there is an option to launch an alternate program on qjackctl startup). You launch it with "a2j_control start" and stop it with "a2j_control stop". At this point, google is a good help.

make sure a2jmidid is installed and start 'aj2midid -e &' after JACK is started.
