IDK if I should bother Paul with it, but I try it here, because I use MB and not Ardour. AFAIK you are in good standing with Paul, Ben, right?
When I mix and have set my ranges they should be clickable in the editor list, which should also appear in the mixer. (And the naming should the TAB-able to instantly jump to the next one).
edit: (What I meant: Double click the region in editor list, then the playhead should jump to the beginning and maybe loop it)
