plugin factory preset name question

In other daws if a factory preset A is chosen and tweaked, the tweaked is not memorized, saved under the factory name. So if I recall another preset and then want to see the A factory preset then Factory A comes as original.

in Mixbus MB saves the tweaks (good for the session) but under the factory name A, so I can only get back the original factory A if i delete the plug and insert it again.

Strange to see the same plugin in different tracks recalling and showing different settings under the same factory preset name.
Don't complain only ask if it is intentional, checked with lot VST and the same.
