Potential buyer question
#1
Hi, I'm currently using (and sick of) Cubase 8,
I would like to know if MB will work ok with a Yamaha N8 interface please..

thank you,

Kevin

ASIO should be working (I assume you are on Windows...) so you get audio in and out... however any interaction between Cubase and the Yamaha is probably proprietary to this combination.
Linux throughout!
Main PC: XEON, 64GB DDR4, 1x SATA SSD, 1x NVME, MOTU UltraLite AVB
OS: Debian11 with KX atm

Mixbus 32C, Hydrogen, Jack... and Behringer synths

Yeah, thanks..I'm aware that the interaction between the Yamaha and Cubase would not exist with MB..it's really only about the stop start etc anyway..
I want to move to a new DAW and just trying to be sure about stuff,
don't get why there is no demo though..

thanks.

As a forum member you should be able to download an interim version which will be fully working except making some pink noise every minute
