Hardware inserts delay compensation

Any one else having problems with these? I've tried it and it seems to miscalculate the delay or not apply the compensation (don't know which one ... ), plus, it doesn't save the calculated compensation figure either

We've seen reports that the compensation isn't stored in the session. We will investigate this.

Thank you for the swift reply Ben. It also miscalculates the compensation all togather. Please look into that as well.
