Issue with Bus-Panner
#1
Thanks for the new sub-forums, this is very cool. Thanks for MB3 anyway.
I realized that when you create an external send, the panner values are not limited between 0 and 100, but you can go out of range (L : 500 R : -400). With more than 100, Panner get's crazy.
Another thing is when you uncheck a track in the mixer view, the space bar won't toggle transport in the mixer-view, but check and uncheck the track box. In Editor-view, spacebar behaves normally.
I don't know if this is linux-specific.

Another voice for the mixer issue. I have noticed this too.

The pan issue is already on the Ardour bug tracker (#6165).

For now: Right click on the Send and unset Send Options > Link panner controls.

Since MB does not expose the panner on the mixer strip, best use this as default: Preferences > Solo/Mute > Send Routing

(changing the panner type forth and back also works around this issue)

After unchecking a track in the mix window click on the edit window and see if that brings the spacebar/transport function back.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. A related problem (again in mixer-view) is the shortcut "L" doesn't start loop play, but opens a small textbox on the left.
