Does Mixbus 3 allow audio rendering (rendering midi to audio)

Currently you have to "bounce" the midi track, by making a new stereo track and choosing the output of the midi track as it's input. Then record to the new track.

Now when you say stereo track, does that mean stereo only or can you bounce mono also

There's no reason you can't route the output of your MIDI track into a mono track. This isn't an issue as long as you don't want a stereo signal.
