Binaural vs 714 level control
#1
I appreciate the 7.1.4 volume control.  It performs as if it were a control room volume knob, and reduces the impact of MixBus owners needing to install a system controller along with speakers.

I do wish that the Binaural output volume was independent of the 714 level control.
An independent level control would be ok.
No level control is ok, just not tagging along with the 714 level.

Consistent with Dolby's standard, my mon's are setup at 85, which works fine for full volume film, but is way too hot for atmos music, so the 714 control works great.  My headphones have an independent level control, but as it is with Mixbus, it's about 20dB lower than normal due to it folllowing the 714 master in the reduced-level situation.

Thanks for any consideration
