Mixbus 10 Can't Add Plugins

I just bought Mixbus 10 standard. Place where you double click and add plugins suppose to be black empty space but it's grey, double click doesn't do anything. I try doing it by adding plugin to and move it to the empty suppose black empty space (currently grey) does nothing as well.

Hi Xin Son,
Welcome to the Mixbus Forum.
In v10 the Processor area (plugins and Signal Flow) now has a show/hide option.
In the switcher section (near Red pan pot) is the Procs switch.
Click to show / hide your plugins.
