Mixbus 9 won’t load plug ins in Windows 10

I had to reload plug ins and now they won’t authorize. V7 works perfectly v9 is unworkable and I want a refund.  It is a mess and who authorized a release of a flawed product?

Refunds aren't authorised via the forum. You'll need to contact Mixbus Support
