How to bring MIDI into a single region and an audio question.
#1
I'm struggling with creating a single region of MIDI programming after multiple edits and recordings. Any attempts to Combine don't seem to include regions that aren't on top. How do I select the entire track and turn it into a single region containing everything?

Similarly, I'm not quite getting my head around the workflow for comping multiple audio takes into a single file/region. The only way to do this is through the Export dialogue, then re-importing the "whole" file back into the project? Let's say I've got ten regions to create a single vocal track. How do I turn them into just one file/region that allows me to junk all the individual takes? It looks to me that I have to Export it, whereas Combine or Bounce just kind of glues them all together - but you still have those ten files hidden under the clip, so to speak.

Couldn't find a video, sorry.

Thanks.
