VST3 in Mixbus 32c v8.2 (SOLVED)

anyone else having problems with Plugin-Alliance VST3 in Mixbus 32c latest release. I had that running on my new Laptop last year but now when I scan my Plugins all my PA-VSTs (which is the first I installed because I wanted to check if my performance issues are gon now), just show up with error

For example like this:
VST3 module-path 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\bx_yellowdrive.vst3'
[Info]: Scanning: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\bx_yellowdrive.vst3
Cannot load VST3 module: 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\bx_yellowdrive.vst3'
Scan Failed.

additional info it's also with the vst2 versions but not every PA Plugin. e.g. Lindell plugins work

don't mind, shoudl not be a mixbus issue, other DAWs cant work with it, too. I will contact PA-Supprt on this one

issue is solved: Windows had some missing libraries. Thanks for Ben at harrison support he had the right call and after that PA support had the correct link to solve the issue.
