abc mess in import

In the import menu lists abc is also wrong

in V8.1 it was good
 what messed it up in V8.2?

Hi Tassy, I am not seeing any issues with A-Z sorting in Import... M1 build.
Did you set Sort Order: by file name ?

Yes, file names not abc all the way. Some are abc others at arbitrary plces. I have a lot folders and files in my hard drives.
maybe windows and MB are not in mutual understanding in V8.2 in this ragard.

Same as with plugins I reported. (now favorite was fixed to abc, manager lists not) Can be the plugin and import folder do not follow abc well due to some mutual root that causes it.

Is it maybe case-sensitive? I've found a few lists where a lower-case 'm' will come later than an upper-case 'V'

I’m with Tassy 
After opening a 8.1.378 project …working on it and then open from session another project the window says “Unknown “ on all files no ABC or clock ,
but on resent show’s it all
