#1
Hello,

My config, AVlinux 21.1, Mixbus 32C 8.1.268. Problem with mixer scenes, when I switch next scene, my plugin (AVA, XT) still by-pass status of plugins is not change with scenes.
Mayby I something using wrong, or bad setting. ( I cant find setting of mixer scenes. )
I want use scenes like: 1, Static 2,EQ-d 3, Dynamics 4,Effects etc.
Can you show me right way?
Thanks

Explaning from mixbus support:
"Certain plugins do not have a hard bypass. This can be tested in the automation options for the plugin. If it doesn't have a bypass option then the mixer scenes will be be able to bypass the plugin either. The XT and AVA plugins do not have this option."
Thanks to Nathan from  mixbus.

Oh wow! No option for this on their own plugins?!?
Time for a blanket plugin update to add this to their plugins!

And that makes me wonder out loud as well...
When is the last time XT plugins were updated?
Are they updated when Mixbus is updated?
If you don't upgrade Mixbus, do you not get updates on purchased plugins?

Good point of view. I'm curious how is it.

Support says this about the plugins and updates:

"Yes the XT plugins are M1-native, when you are running the M1-native build.

The XT's are pre-installed in Mixbus and they are built&optimized for each Mixbus release. Installing a new (or old) Mixbus will install the XT's that go with it. Your product licenses continue to work, whatever version is installed.

Almost every Mixbus release has some small tweaks or improvements to the XT plugins as well.
"
