track in out request

I have a template where I set some tracks and the buses in/out/post at the bottom to IN because it is the first knob on any analogue console to prevent clipping at the very input of the channel. Asked years ago why on this emulation it is set Post...

The template opens like that
Could it be solved for the the imported and added new tracks to have an option in the preferences what some settings they sould come up?
For example this, In-out-post at the bottom etc.
