cue clip trigger
#1
Is there any way to trigger a cue clip in the grid from a different page, like the mixer or edit page?

Thanks Dingo, I know about cues, what I was talking about is while working in the mixer or editor window yo want to hear the grid. Now you have to open the cue clip window and click on the clips in order to do so, I am wondering if there is a way to hear the clip without having to open the clip page.

There are (currently) no shortcuts or buttons on the other pages to launch a Cue "on the fly".

However you can use Cue Markers to fire a Cue  (row)  from the timeline.  You can add and edit those Cue Markers in the Editor (just below the regular 'location' markers row), and you can see them (but not edit them) in the mini-timeline at the top of the Mixer window.

Dingo has helpfully provided a link to that page of our manual  Smile

Thanks for the reply Ben, I'm aware of using cues on the timeline.
