Omnisphere 2.8.3d vst3 crashes Mixbus 7.2.0

Hi all,

well, the title says it all. If I add a midi track with the Omnisphere synth I can see that the track is added but then mixbus crashes to the desktop. In the log file of windows 11 this entry is logged (sorry, it's dutch)

It is confirmed by spectrasonic that the vst3 plugin indeed crashes in Mixbus. All other daw's are fine. The vst2 version works just fine.

I'm not familiar with Omnisphere synth but there've been a few reports about MB not working yet with VST3 plugins which offer multiple outputs. Could that be relevant for the Omnisphere synth?

maybe, the devs of spectrasonic have confirmed that the vst3 indeed crashes mixbus upon loading. Their advice is to use the vst2 version till they have solved the problem. The vst2 version works with multiple outputs.
