'Recommend a Friend' scheme ?
#1
Does anyone think it'd be a good idea ?

e.g. an existing owner recommends a friend to try MB or 32C - then sometime later (if the friend makes a purchase) the original owner gets a couple of free plugins or whatever...

Dunno if Harrison would be up for it but it seems like a good idea to me !!

They would owe me a suite. Angel Which would cost them nada....but, then...the real question is whether it brings in new users. Like--I recommended it without that incentive...would it create an incentive for more people to bring MORE people in?

I can tell you that very few (if any) of the folks I got to buy it use it on the regular. So, I don't think the business model is about getting people in the door. Like "this is a better mousetrap, if only people KNEW"...it would be an effective program IF just getting people to know about it and spend the $99 was the end game.

It'd be a good way to make the forums a bit more active - which wouldn't be a bad thing !!
