I hope that the "TAPE" (Softube) issue will be fixed in the next update.
This plugin works fine in Mixbus 32C 7and before, but blocked the sound in mixbus 8.

Here, too. All my Softube plugins worked on 32cv7 and block sound on 32cV8

Not sure if it is WIN only issue.... but I have downloaded latest Tape v 2.5.46 and put that across Master Channel using Mixbus 8.1.376 with no issue.
Check the pinout connections and make sure they are valid...

When I try to load a softtube plugiIn to my tracks, my (latest release) Mixbus just shuts down...

a report of this happening in Ardour and Mixbus as far back as September 2016 !!!
