Just a heads up in case you're not aware of this plugin. This is a very feature rich sequencer that is open source and available for Windows, Mac and Linux. Recommend trying it if you haven't already. It makes for a nice addition to Mixbus v8. Add this with the new Cue options and it really ups the midi game for Mixbus, at least in my opinion.
