Plugin search

How about putting the "Discover new\Updated" and "Update Índex Only" features in the main Pref window\pane, inside the Plugin pane? 
It would be a time saver and simplifies the search for new plugins, instead of having to go trhough the fiull "Scan for plugins" and only after the Plugin Window appears, you have access to those functions.
Hope you can improve on this.
