Hello: In Mixbus 7 when I load one SF2 File the MIDI programs are not loaded.
 Is a bug?

SF2 is a soundfont format. It needs to be loaded into a synth which knows that format. It can't be loaded directly.
So you create a track with i.e. Fluidsynth, and in Fluidsynth you load your soundfont.
