Mouse wheel mixer scrooling

Hi,

how to disable mouse wheel on mixer faders and how to set the mouse wheel to scroll the mixer instead? I see that I can only use mouse wheel to scrool the mixer in down mixer bar area...I wish the mouse wheel would just scrool the mixer and nothing else.
